As well as educating young people, we also train workers and volunteers so they can support young people. Our training is provided by experienced advisers, counsellors or youth workers. They know what they are talking about and make learning interesting.
MAP can provide training to help parents, carers, volunteers and workers support young people or make services more accessible. Our Speak Easy course help parents and carers discuss sex and other difficult subjects with young people. Workshops on Mentoring, working with Self Harm, providing Housing and Homelessness Advice, advice on Benefits and Young People, and Counselling, can help make the work you do more accessible to young people.
MAP, with the support of Comic Relief, hosted “Working with Young People, Neglect and Abuse” – a conference for all front line workers in Norfolk providing services to young people that may have mental health needs as a result of surviving abuse and neglect.

For all enquires about training, email firstname.lastname@example.org If you can’t see what training you need here please get in touch. If we can’t provide it we probably know someone who can.
