On Youth Mental Health Day. How can we help you stride forward?

The theme for Youth Mental Health Day is #StrideForward. Citing sprinter Dina Asher-Smith, Tonia reflects on how we all need a team around us to strive forward.

Have you noticed that when athletes win gold or tennis players win tournaments they almost always thank their teams and sometimes even dedicate their medals and trophies to them? However exceptionally talented and hardworking individual sportspeople are, they have a coach, a physio, a sports psychologist, a supportive family, in fact, a whole host of people around them focused on enabling them to achieve their potential and their dreams. We all need a version of this in order to face challenges, make the most of opportunities, and move forward.
