We are still providing support!

We will continue to provide vital support about issues such as housing, money & mental health. With schools closing and people having to stay home we will also be working to keep people connected and active.

There is a lot we can do online and by phone so please do get in touch. This is what we are providing at the moment, though please bear with us as things can change by the day.

Norwich Advice Drop-In

Please ring or email us if you need advice. We are supporting young people online or by phone. Don’t come down to our centre. Please follow government rules and stay home. As far as is possible we will try and keep the range of advice on offer unaltered, however, this may change from day to day, if staff numbers are low, in which case urgent cases will be prioritised.

There will be a very small team at our Norwich office Monday to Friday 1.30-5.30. This will be for young people who can’t access us by phone or online and really need urgent help; things that absolutely can’t be done from home. We will speak to you by intercom and decide what to do. Please be advised that if you can work with us by phone or online we will expect you to do that. We will not be able to support young people to attend external meetings, e.g. assessments.

Youth Work

Youth workers are working remotely and will be supporting young people over the phone or through online platforms. We plan to run small groups and one to one mentoring through the Zoom video platform and are trailing other new ways of working.
