Good News! We have re-opened our drop in’s for face -to- face appointments. And, we are still supporting you via phone, email and video platforms.

We’re providing a free phone advice line and email advice service as well as seeing young people face to face via an appointment slot.

The advice line is open 10.30 am – 5.30 pm Monday to Friday (except bank holidays).

If you live in Norfolk and are aged 11-25, please call or email us if you:

• Need food
• Are worried about money and debt
• Need advice about housing or benefits
• Don’t know where to get help for other problems or worries

Our team of expert advisers will be there to help. It’s free and confidential. We also provide support on lots of different issues, this includes things like:

• Employment, education and training
• Being a young parent
• Relationships, sex and sexual health
• Gender identity
• Mental health
• Drugs and alcohol

Face-to-face Advice

If you need or would prefer face-to-face advice we are now offering appointments only in Norwich and Great Yarmouth.

These are booked by calling the advice line on 0800 0744454 or emailing When arriving there are social distancing and hygiene measures in place. We will go over these with you when you get in touch. Please watch this video to get an idea of how it will be when you visit the project.

Opening times for appointments are:

  • Norwich – Monday to Friday 10.20 am to 5 pm
  • Great Yarmouth – Monday, Wednesday and Friday 1.30 pm to 5 pm

Counselling & Therapeutic work

We are offering support, from information giving and brief contacts to help with coping strategies and full counselling sessions, by telephone (calls and texts), by email and online via Zoom. We plan this with each young person by looking at what works best for them and what we are able to provide.  We are also looking forward to returning to face-to-face work soon!

Please note that if you are on any of our waiting lists we will be working our way towards you as usual, do contact us if you have any questions about this and/or updates about your circumstances to let us know about.

Youth Work

Youth workers are continuing to support young people over the phone & through online platforms such as Zoom. And now… groups are starting to meet face-to-face.

Great News! Great Yarmouth open access groups that are now running online. Chill Spot, The UnCommon, Building Connections and mentoring sessions are available. Please get in touch with Alisha with any inquiries.

We are also offering 1 to 1 mentoring for young people who attend City of Norwich School or Jane Austen college for our VRAC project. For all inquiries please get in touch with Joel.
