We are still supporting you via phone, email, and video platforms. Please call our FREE helpline to make an appointment or speak to one of our staff if you need help.

Counselling & Therapeutic work

We are offering support, from information giving and brief contacts to help with coping strategies and full counselling sessions, by telephone (calls and texts), by email and online via Zoom. We are also returning to face-to-face appointments and we will plan this with each young person by looking at what works best for them and what we are able to provide.

This video shows you what your appointment will look like.

Please note that if you are on any of our waiting lists we will be working our way towards you, as usual, do contact us if you have any questions about this and/or updates about your circumstances to let us know about.

Young people can call our advice line for free on 0800 0744 454 or email us at to find out more and how to access counselling and therapeutic work.
