While government restrictions are in place in response to Covid-19 we are only doing face to face work by appointment and in rare circumstances. We will always try to resolve problems by telephone or email first. This means our centres in Norwich and Great Yarmouth are not open for drop-in.

Counselling & Therapeutic work

We are offering support, from information giving and brief contacts to help with coping strategies and full counselling sessions, by telephone (calls and texts), by email and online via Zoom. We plan this with each young person by looking at what works best for them and what we are able to provide.

Please note that if you are on any of our waiting lists we will be working our way towards you as usual, do contact us if you have any questions about this and/or updates about your circumstances to let us know about.
