Our PHSE practitioners are not just trainers or consultants. They are advisers, counsellors and youth workers – supporting young people every day. They are qualified professionals with direct experience. We provide sessions on drop-down days or within the timetable; one off sessions; whole days with multiple practitioners or programmes over several weeks. Our programmes are flexible and based on the needs of the schools. They are highly evaluated by both teachers and students and use a mixture of learning styles and activities. There is always discussion. The subjects we cover are:

Sex and Relationships

  • Sexual health
  • Body and Identity
  • Consent, sexual exploitation and healthy relationships
  • Sexuality and gender
  • Texting and sexting
  • Pornography

Future Life and Career

  • Choosing a career
  • Choosing education, training or apprenticeships
  • Making a CV, finding work and working
  • Budgeting, bank accounts, debt and tax
  • Leaving home

Emotional Wellbeing

  • Understanding mental health and how to get support (“Mental Health First Aid”)
  • Exam stress
  • Bullying and discrimination
  • Staying safe online
  • Alcohol and drugs – especially NPS (so called “legal highs”)
