Our trustees, together with CEO Dan Mobbs, form MAP’s Board of Trustees and bring with them a range of invaluable skills and experience. They ensure we meet our charitable objectives and obligations, set out our strategic direction and oversee its implementation.
Chair of Trustees. Caroline is a Partner at Norwich solicitors Hatch Brenner. Caroline specialises in family law, particularly protecting the rights of the vulnerable.
Stephen Taylor qualified in accountancy in the mid 1980’s, and has always worked in the public sector including as Finance Director and CEO of Norwich Primary Care Trust. He recently retired from his role as Finance Business Partner at HMP Highpoint and HMP Wayland.
Edward Carter is the Vicar at St Peter Mancroft, the church that set up MAP. He has been an ordained minister in the Church of England since 1997, and before that worked for small companies. His interests include board games and playing volleyball.
Former Chair of the board, Sue comes from a public health background, where her special area of interest was health inequalities. Sue has served as a Norwich City councillor and as a Member of Norfolk Health Authority. She helped to develop the Norwich Health Forum, which was closely involved in a National Anti-Poverty Forum, and was Chair of Norwich PCT.
Gita Prasad is Deputy Director of Business and Partnerships at the East of England Ambulance Services Trust and has worked in the NHS and local government in adult and children’s services roles for 13 years. Gita has a special interest in children who have suffered harm as a result of domestic or sexual abuse and violence. She is passionate about reducing inequalities and about music, chairing Viva Voce Singers.
