Campaigning to improve mental health services and support youth mental health.
All over Norfolk, young people are getting together to help themselves and each other look after their mental health. Through Positive Minds, this happens in two main ways…
- Organising events for young people to share coping skills, practice mindfulness, and learn about free support services in your area
- Working with local mental health services to ensure that young people’s voices are heard, taking part in decision-making, and calling for change where it’s needed
Each year, Positive Minds organises a huge event in Norwich with music, art, games, local support services, and loads more, all in the name of good mental health. This event is completely free, open to everyone, and is entirely organised by young people.
