The free Level Up gaming festival for young people is back! Find us in Great Yarmouth on 9th-10th April 2024
Come along and play video games, life-sized arcade games and take part in activities designed to help with wellbeing and mental health. If you're aged 11-19, join us at Level Up between 11am-4pm, at the Drill House, York Road, Great Yarmouth on the 9th & 10th April.
As well as being an opportunity to socialise and play games, Level Up is a chance to explore questions about your mental health and wellbeing.
Experienced MAP youth workers will be on hand, leading conversations about good mental health, and sharing tips to help you feel in control of your wellbeing and emotions. There will be free food and drink, plus stalls and activities from a range of community organisations in Great Yarmouth.
Once again, young people are countering negative stereotypes and leading the change they want to see in the world.
Level Up is organised each year by young people from Great Yarmouth Youth Advisory Board. Last year, more than 200 local young people attended the event, our biggest turnout so far!
This event is free, and you don't need a ticket, just come along and stay as long as you like! If you'd like to let us know you're coming, especially if you're bringing a large group, that would be really helpful. You can register on eventbrite. If you have any questions or want to know more, you can get in touch by emailing [email protected] or calling 0800 0744454.
