The summer holidays can sometimes make you feel lonely, especially if your usual support network has been disrupted. If you've just finished school, you may want someone to talk to about what to do next, whether that's further education, employment, or training. You can come to any of our MAP locations during our drop-in hours and access free, confidential advice and support with whatever you’re facing.
If you’re feeling isolated, need something to do, or just want to meet some other young people, there are lots of groups at MAP that you can join, and you can find out more on our Activities and Groups page.
